Required Qualifications

The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.A minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience with a proven track record in leadership roles.
  • In-depth understanding of labor laws in Pakistan and contemporary HR best practices.
  • Excellent conflict resolution, team leadership, and communication skills.
